We do not share any of your information that we collect at shows, by phone, email or through the website with any other party. We adhere to the strict rules set by the credit card companies for securing credit card information and do not store any of your information on a computer. We may use contact information that you have given us to occasionally send an email or post card to remind you of an upcoming show or to inform you of new work or specials.
To purchase through the website you have the option of logging in and using your Paypal account, creating an accout, or using your credit card directly. The purchase process will take you to Paypal directly. Click on "about us" on their website for more information about security.
You can also phone in an order. We can take your credit card over the phone or you can mail a check to us.
At shows we accept cash, checks or Mastercard and Visa cards. We occasionally do a show at a church where all sales go through the church. In this situation your credit card receipt and bill will show the name of the church.
Most of our shows are out of town and are run by the artist Pantelis Zografos. During a show it is a good idea to check with him about returns during the show. Once the show has ended, accounts are settled, fees paid, vans loaded and miles are driven, often to the next show therefore we no longer accept returns on merchandise after the show has ended.
When purchasing through the website , merchandise that we shipped out in error or merchandise that slipped past our quality control and is defective can be returned for a full refund.
If the merchandise that you purchase on the website does not meet your needs it can be returned within 10 business days for an exchange. Merchandise must be returned postage paid and insured with your name, address, reason and new merchandise requested. Call before returning any order, we are sometimes out of town for extended periods, especially during show season.
Merchandise returned for a refund must be cleared first by email. A refund will be made if the merchandise is returned within the 10 day period, the merchandise is in new condition and is re- packed and shipped postage paid. The purchase price minus actual shipping and packing charges will be refunded. Please note that actual shipping charges are often higher than originally charged especially on framed pieces.
We ship all pieces insured against damage/loss. If a package has obvious damage refuse the shipment and email us. If you do not receive your order in a timely manner email us.
We encourage you to purchase artwork because you love to look at it. Sometimes artwork can be sold for a price higher than the purchase price but we do not encourage art purchases as an investment, as there is no guarantee of future gains.
Artwork, like everything else from carpets to furniture to drapes can fade in strong sunlight. Our newer giclee products are made with archival inks but we suggest that precaution is taken to hang then in a place where they are not exposed to strong sunlight as we do not guarantee against fading.
Occasionally artwork "drops" in the frame. Exposure to heat or being moved can cause this. The bond between the mat and artwork is intentionally weaker than the paper so that in a fall or jolt it breaks instead of tearing the paper and destroying the artwork. This is a problem easily fixed at a frame shop and we do not guarantee this beyond 30 days after purchase.
